HAVE YOU EVER WONDERED WHY?

Why did sir patrick only grouped us into 4? Keanu CHINA, INDIA, S.E ASIA, JAPAN-KOREA la?
Why is it that he did not include the countries in the middle east? the -AN countries i.e KAZAKSTAN and etc..

I wasn't able to browse the book by RHOADS MURPHY yet, but as I was surfing the net I have read something his book "HISTORY OF ASIA",--that it only includes the study of the countires which Sir PAtrick had grouped us...CHINA, INDIA, JAPAN, KOREA, SOUTHEAST ASIA..

Something about the article had caught my attention..he called those countries ---- MONSOON ASIA...does it have somthing to do with it?

well, what is MONSOON ASIA??
So far as my mind is concern, i dont know..hehe!! Im having difficulty finding the real answer in the net..

hmmm..watchu think??

maybe.... it is all about the boundaries, colonization and ancient civilization... d kaya?!
as we all can obviously see, those countries which wasn't included in the groupings were the ones which has strong western features... so therefore, they could have been westerners if not because of the bounderies that has been set... what do you think? do i make sense?

or we could also say, on the other hand, that maybe the reason why these 4 group of countries were choosen by sir patrick, is because of its great impact to the world history...

tell me if i was just bluffing... hehehe

maybe becoz those countries like Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan etc... came from USSSR na Russia na yna. they are much "closer" to the europeans, thier culture, their race (caucasians) are the same to westerners. even if they are in the same continent with ASIANS (chinese, japan, etc.) harayo it ira relationship in terms of culture and looks. they have closer affinity ha mga tga yurop! hehe

and also their religions. we all know that the common religions in the western world are Christianity, Islam, and Hebrew (Jew). and we also know that these religions came from the same continent, ASIA (west Asia). however, most of the people who practices these major religions are from the West. and the contries that sir patrick DID NOT include in our topics also practice these religions.

so i think sir only chose those countries that are UNIQUELY ASIAN!

tapos, makapoy ada kon pati it hira aton sstudihan! damo na daw hinduro it ccheckan na papael ni sir. nyahahaha

correcct..! damo it magkakarorongan nga papel hi sir...!!wahhahhahha..

I should say that i have been a bit remiss in my "duties" lately. I did not thoroughly go over your blogs that much the past week.

Time to catch up!

YES! the groupings correspond to the regions of the Asian continent that are uniquely asian. Check out my post about our unit of study in Bamboo Grove.
